[02 As the Phoenix Crumbles]

t's been years since I wrote a review, I don't even know if this will go through. But I appreciate all the music you've made. This song puts my mind in the feeling of a long journey through the dark times in life and pushing on despite it all. There is a lot of strength in these songs brother, and it's pieces like these that can keep you pushing on and determined and it's important to keep that flame and fire going despite those challenges, that's what I'm reminded of when I hear this.

I'm glad to hear you've recovered and gotten to continue making music. Thanks as always and cheers once again!

This song is special to me... It really gives of a strong vibe of something going downhill or a unfortunate event then slowly builds into this state where you feel like giving up and all hope lost but then a door opens, with a bright beam of radiant light and gives you a second chance... despite all that's happened.
